Cancellation Policies:

 

Our study works on the basis of citations: When they cancel an appointment, we require that all clients inform them MORE than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

 

Given the unique characteristics of our studio and the services we offer, we do not make full refunds for any transaction.

 

It is the client’s responsibility to choose well if they are in a position to carry out their project on the day and at the scheduled time.

 

The purpose of this policy is based on the responsibility and respect for the time of all those involved in the project to be carried out.

 

Under what conditions do we make refunds?

 

We will only make partial refunds (50%) to those clients who request their cancellation before 72 hours prior to their set time.

 

In this case, refund requests should be sent through our Email: info@artketingstudios.com attaching the payment receipt sent by our website and the reason for its cancellation, as well as the information where you want to receive your refund.

 

How do we make refunds?

 

Once the request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation and we will notify you in that same email or within a period of no more than 72 hours of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and 50% of the amount will be automatically sent through the Zelle platform or bank transfer.
